Safety Warning: When taken in high doses, Inositol may cause stomach upset in some users. For those with sensitive stomachs, we recommend starting with one capsule with a meal once daily, increasing to one capsule twice daily with meals as tolerated. Once you are used to it, you may increase to the full serving of 4 capsules daily, taken at once or divided into 2 capsules twice daily with meals.
